I have been a customer of SFA, for several decades, mainly purchasing perfumes. Patty, (Cannot remember her long German name) attended to me every time I went there. After her, I had Faizeh Hussaini (Fa FA) who was also exceptional in her attendance to my needs. I live in Quincy IL and sometimes I would call her and ask her to send me the perfumes. A couple or three months ago, I wanted the Diorissimo and Killian perfumes. I got them within the week. Unfortunately, the Killian perfume (recommended by FA FA) is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I have used it about four or five times, but there is absolutely no fragrance at all. It feels like I am misting water on myself.
I had sent a text to FAFA a couple of weeks back, telling her that I would like to return it. I haven’t heard from her– which is unusual, because she is very prompt in her communication.
The name of the perfume is Good Girl Gone Bad. Needless to say I am not using that perfume and would like to return it. Please advise me as to what I should do. I would replace it with Oudh if possible.
