Shanae Chapman has joined Equifax as senior director of customer experience insights for the Workforce Solutions team.
Based in St. Louis, Chapman has more than 14 years of experience in research and design for websites and mobile applications. In her role, she leads customer research that informs product development. Her work supports employment and income verification services used by employers, lenders and public institutions.
