Stephanie Brown of University City has been promoted to deputy chief United States Probation Officer with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Prior to the promotion, Brown was the assistant deputy chief. The U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri encompass 50 counties in the eastern half of Missouri. The court is based in Saint Louis, and divided into three divisions which includes Northern (Hannibal), and Southeastern (Cape Girardeau).
