Steven N. Cousins, Armstrong Teasdale partner and member of a American Bankruptcy Institute panel, was recently selected by constituents to give an encore panel presentation in the upcoming teleconference “Best of 2006 Annual Spring Meeting.” The panel titled, “Turnarounds after BAPCPA: Should We All Become Liquidators?” took place place via teleconference on Wednesday. Cousins is the founder and practice group leader of the Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group. He received his B.A. degree from Yale University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. Cousins is a member of the American Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.
