Taunia Allen Mason was awarded two Emmy awards for her work as an editor at the recent Midwest Regional Emmy Awards of the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences. Mason, the owner of Go-Getter Productions, won in the Education/Schools News Story Program and the Historical/Cultural Program Feature categories. One of very few African-American producer/editors in this region, Mason now has won six Emmys.
