Tifani Brown was selected to serve as the leader of Vivian Adams Early Childhood Center in East St. Louis School District 189. Most recently, she served at Officer Elementary School as the assistant principal. She has worked for the district since 2000, with years as an elementary teacher, school improvement specialist and instructional coach at Dunbar Elementary School.Â
