Toni Jordan joined the board of St. Patrick Center. She is Women’s Support coordinator at Let’s Start, a support process for women transitioning from prison life to society. The mission of St. Patrick Center is to help individuals and families move from homelessness to independence in dignified, cost-effective and permanent ways.
