Tracy Hinds presented at the National Association of Black School Educators conference. An instructional specialist at Armstrong Elementary in the Hazelwood School District, she presented on “Assess, Assess, Assess: How to Effectively Implement Common Formative Assessments to Maximize Student Achievement.” She is a national board certified teacher and is currently working toward her doctorate degree in education.
