Gordon has 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, most recently served as vice president of community investment with United Way of Greater St. Louis. She managed more than $42 million in investments that supported more than 160 health and human services nonprofit agencies throughout a 16-county footprint. Gordon also provided guidance and expertise that focused on strengthening capacity, enhancing performance, and promoting collaborative impact.
