Troy Doyle is the new president of St. Louis Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE). He is a lieutenant colonel in the St. Louis County Police Department and founder of the St. Louis County Police Department Police Athletic League. NOBLE’s mission is to ensure equity in the administration of justice and in the provision of public service to all communities, and to serve as the conscience of law enforcement.
