Vanessa Blacknall-Jamison is chair elect of the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals. She has over 39 years of professional aviation experience, with 28 of those as a supervisor, manager and human resources specialist. Currently she serves at the Federal Aviation Administration on the Flight Standards Leadership Development Team. She is the first woman and first non-pilot to chair the association of over 3,000 aviation and aeronautical professionals.
