Vivian Gibson has been promoted to Senior Director of Volunteer Recruitment for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri. She has been with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2004, serving as a School Based Project Manager, Manager of Volunteer Recruitment and most recently as Senior Manager of Volunteer Recruitment and Community Engagement. She led the region in volunteer Big Brother and Big Sister applications in 2010.Â
