Wilmetta Toliver-Diallo was elected to the Board of Directors of the Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition. She is assistant dean in the College of Arts and Sciences and a senior lecturer in African & African American Studies at Washington University. The coalition strives to create permanency in every foster child’s life by recruiting and supporting foster and adoptive families.
