Roberts Tower, located in the Old Post Office Plaza in Downtown St. Louis, will host a new Shula’s 347 Grill, the restaurant franchise founded by NFL Hall of Fame coach Don Shula.
The Roberts Co., a St. Louis-based minority business enterprise that operates Roberts Tower, said the restaurant is expected to open in late October or early November.
Named in honor of Shula’s 347 career victories, the casual restaurant features steaks, salads, fish, burgers and sandwiches with a bar, dark wood and several flat-screen televisions.
Roberts Cos. is led by Michael Roberts, chairman, and Steven Roberts, president.
