St. Louis Community College recently received an unqualified – or “clean” – audit from its independent auditing firm Clifton Gunderson LLP for the year ended June 30, 2006.
The firm reported the basic financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the college, and the changes in the financial position and cash flows ended in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. It noted no matters involving the college’s internal control over financial reporting and its operation to be material weaknesses.
