The City of University City is sponsoring a workshop about the Missouri Neighborhood Preservation Act tax credit and the Historic Tax credit programs. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, September 16 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. in the Heman Park Community Center, 975 Pennsylvania Avenue. Featured speakers are Kris Zapalac, Missouri State Historic Preservation Office, and Landon Garber, Missouri Department of Economic Development.
