a two day homecoming celebration sponsored by Friends of Katherine Dunham-2005. Friday, June 24 at noon an African-flavored motorcade/parade with an appearance by Katherine Dunham herself and Saturday, June 25 there will be a White-tie Tribute Dinner and Benefit at the Roberts Orpheum Theatre downtown St. Louis honoring the legendary dancer.
