This year’s St. Louis Tap Festival is ready for the challenge of “All that Tap XIV, which will bring a constellation of legendary tap masters and rising young hoofers in a tribute to Sammy Davis Jr. The show features special guest Altovise Gore Davis, widow of the late entertainment superstar. Things start tapping at 7 p.m., Saturday, July 30 at the Touhill Performing Arts Center at UM-St. Louis. All That Tap XIV crowns a six-day Festival that also includes master classes, a tap jam, a panel discussion, and a participants’ showcase, all taking place July 25-29 at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel, 7730 Bonhomme Avenue. Master classes run from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday, July 25-29.
