Singer El Debarge was arrested Tuesday in Encino, Calif. on suspicion of dealing drugs.
According to TMZ.com, LAPD officers witnessed Debarge participating in what appeared to be a drug deal around 2:00 p.m. near a highway. He was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics with the intent to sell.
He was released later that day after posting bail.
