Hip-hop star 50 Cent has hit a Philadelphia automobile dealer with a $1 million lawsuit, claiming the business used his name and likeness without permission.The In Da Club rapper accuses Gary Barbera Enterprises of running advertisements in Philadelphia newspapers promoting his company with a picture of the rapper and the words “Just like 50 says!” next to a Dodge Magnum, according to music site AllHipHop.com. 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, insists he did not give permission for his likeness to be used in the ads.
