Akon says he was in talks with a fragrance company to endorse a cologne, but decided to pull out and was appalled when the company formed Konvict Cosmetics International and forged ahead with out him! Ads for Konvict Cologne featuring Akon’s face were splashed across the web and he’s suing for damages and asking that the company immediately cease production.
