Cee Lo Green says that he is innocent of the drug charges he was accused of last week in a Los Angeles court.
The charges stem from accusations last July from a woman who claims she went to dinner with Green and woke up naked next to him with no memory of what happened the night before.
The DA did not find enough evidence to support a sexual battery charge and instead charged Green with one count of furnishing ecstasy.
The charge carries up to four years in prison but jail time is not likely in this case.
Green was released on $30,000 bond.
His next hearing is set for November 20th.
