TMZ.com broke the news late Monday night that Chris Brown and a 31-year-old model named Nia are the proud parents of nine month old baby girl.
Apparently the two are not involved romantically but are happily co-parenting.
Meanwhile sources say the woman is a friend of a friend of his longtime on-and-off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
Both Tran and the man who was originally led to believe he was the father of the baby seem to have been in the dark.
“I was told this was my child, how can this be happening,” the man who had been acting as the child’s father wrote on his Instagram page beneath a picture of him cradling the baby. “A man just steps in and takes over what I’ve been living for. I dedicated my whole life to this family now everything is gone.”
Tran was said to have found out about the baby along with the rest of the world and took to Twitter to bow out of her relationship with Brown.
“Listen, one can only take so much,” Tran tweeted. “Best of luck to Chris and his family. No baby drama for me.”
