TMZ.com is reporting that Malaak Compton-Rock thinks Chris Rock is refusing to claim their 7 year-old adopted daughter Ntombi because he doesn’t want to pay child support, but Chris’ camp insists the child was never formally adopted and therefore not his responsibility.
The insider claims six-month-old Ntombi was taken from her unemployed South African parents back in 2008 under mysterious circumstances and that an investigation has been opened into how she came to live with the Rocks for years without being legally adopted.
Chris claims it was all Malaak’s doing, and he has not had contact with the child since leaving his wife.
Chris and Malaak have two biological daughters together.
