Former “Deal or No Deal” briefcase model and Jamie Foxx’s Foxhole radio personality Claudia Jordan has filed annulment papers for her marriage to model/actor Datari Turner. Reps for her so-called husband told TMZ, “There can’t be an annulment if there was no marriage” but were quickly hushed when TMZ presented them with photo evidence of the couple at a wedding chapel in Las Vegas.
Jordan claims she’s entitled to the annulment on grounds of fraud.
“He lied about everything,” Jordan told TMZ. “He misrepresented himself.” Jordan says that she also believes Turner had a secret girlfriend throughout their relationship.
According to the annulment papers, Jordan is trying to block Turner from receiving spousal support.
