Back in 2005, Andrea Constrand agreed to accept a cash settlement in exchange for her silence after she accused comedian Bill Cosby of drugging and sexually molesting her inside his Philadelphia brownstone.
Earlier this year, Constrand broke her confidentially agreement by speaking out about her case after dozens of other women came forward with similar claims.
This week, a judge ruled Cosby can sue Constrand for speaking out. Cosby was also given permission to investigate how the sealed deposition from their case became public.
