Details from the Mariah Carey / Nick Cannon divorce have made their way on line and according to TMZ Nick was the first to file pulling the plug December 12, 2014.
There is said to be an airtight prenup in place and a gag order that will cost Nick $250k if he violates and Mariah $500k if she breaks the pact.
The divorce papers also reportedly list Mariah’s net worth as $150 million and states Nick came into the marriage in 2008 with $500k and that Nick took out a $470k loan to purchase MiMi’s engagement ring.
