50 Cent has cancelled three gigs on his upcoming European tour, citing a last minute change in his schedule, according to reports.The Queens-born artist pulled out of his scheduled sets at tomorrow’s MOBO Awards and Vodafone Live Music Awards in London.
The 34-year-old artist also scrapped plans to perform Friday at MTV in Germany. The performer’s decision to cancel comes a week after he lost to Kanye West in a heated sales battle involving the release of their new projects.
West’s album “Graduation” outsold 50 Cent’s “Curtis” by over 170,000 units in the U.S. and has just debuted at No. 1 in the U.K.
