Chad Johnson could be facing up to a year in jail for allegedly head butting his wife Evelyn Lozada because of a prior domestic violence charge.
He was convicted of domestic battery back in 2000 for slapping his then girlfriend after accusing her of cheating on him.
A Fort Lauderdale attorney told Gossip Extra because of that prior conviction the Broward County State Attorney could bump Chad’s current misdemeanor charge up to a felony and mandatory prison.
Meanwhile, Johnson’s soon-to-be ex-wife Evelyn Lozada Evelyn Lozada has agreed to sit down with Good Morning America to talk about her abusive marriage.
