Several sources are reporting that Fantasia took the stand at Antwaun Cook’s divorce hearing and testified that she had been pregnant but that the pregnancy had been terminated around the time of her attempted suicide.
Antwaun’s wife Paula Cook is currently divorcing her husband and simultaneously suing Fantasia using North Carolina’s Alienation of Affection law which allows a jilted spouse to sue the other person involved in the break up of their marriage.
On Monday (Nov. 22) Paula’s attorneys presented evidence that Fantasia knew Antwaun was married when she hooked up with him, citing the fact that days after they met Fantasia rented a hotel room because she knew they couldn’t go to Antwaun’s house.
