After a courtship of less than a year, Jennifer Hudson is engaged to marry her boyfriend David Otunga, better known to VH1 viewers as “Punk” from the second season of “I Love New York.”
The 27-year-old Harvard Law School grad was in Los Angeles with J-Hud Friday night to celebrate her 28th birthday when he popped the question with a Neil Lane diamond ring, according to reports.
The VH1 reality star Tiffany “New York” Pollard christened Otunga with the nickname Punk during her show’s second season in late 2007. He was a finalist on the show, but lost to winner Ezra “Buddha” Masters.
