Queen Latifah and her long time “trainer” Jeanette Jenkins just scooped up a house together in the Hollywood Hills. According to Real Estalker both Jeanette and Latifah’s names are on the deed for a $1.3 million, 2,026 sq foot, 3 bedroom, 2 and half bath hideaway. The site assumes that Latifah bought this house for Jeanette because according to them, the rapper/actress/producer has a much bigger home of her own in Beverly Hills and several more properties in Jersey.
