R&B diva Mariah Carey has had it with Eminem. According to EURweb.com, during his Anger Management Tour performance, Eminem plays voicemail messages that are implied to be Mariah before he performs his song “Puke.” Mariah wants him to put an end to it.
“While we appreciate Eminem as an artist, lately his work has seemed tasteless and unnecessarily mean-spirited,” said Mariah’s manager, Benny Medina.
During the set, Eminem’s DJ plays Mariah’s “We Belong Together” before a series of voicemails play. “I heard you were getting back with your ex-wife,” someone whom Em leads the audience to believe is Mariah said. “Why won’t you see me? Why won’t you call me?” While the messages play, Em pretends to vomit in a prop toilet and then performs “Puke.”
One of Mariah’s friends was quoted as saying, “First of all, that is not her voice on the ‘messages’ played in the concert – it is an imposter. She is considering suing him for defamation.”
