Following the most recent in a string of arrests, legal documents were filed on Monday (May 24th) in Los Angeles Superior Court, where a judge ordered Suge Knight to stay at least 100 yards away from the man he was accused of (and arrested for ) pointing a gun at during an altercation last Thursday (May 20) in Los Angeles.
In court papers, the individual claimed that after Knight was released from jail on charges stemming from the assault, eight men came to his house last Friday (May 21st).
Knight was released on $65,000 bail and maintained his innocence in a statement made through his lawyer, Marc Brumer told CNN.
“Suge Knight is a businessman. He is not a person who would carry a gun or flash a gun at anybody. That’s not Suge Knight,” Brumer stated.
