For the past year Terrence Howard and his second ex-wife Michelle Ghent have been fighting over their divorce settlement with Howard claiming Ghent blackmailed him into a bigger settlement by threatening to expose embarrassing information about him.
A judge overturned Howard’s divorce settlement, agreeing with the “Empire” star that he signed the original settlement under duress.
Howard and Ghent will now have to renegotiate the terms of their divorce.
