Lionel Richie has checked out of a St. Louis‑area hospital. People.com reported that Richie, 77, was discharged from an undisclosed facility on Wednesday and flew home to Los Angeles immediately afterward.

Richie is currently touring as part of the “Sing a Song All Night Long” tour, which he co‑headlines with Earth, Wind & Fire. Their next stop is scheduled for Sept. 26 in San Francisco.
