Allhiphop.com is reporting the men who allegedly shot at rap artist Waka Flocka Flame’s tour bus in February were set free after prosecutors dismissed all charges.
The rapper’s security exchanged gunfire with the men after an attempted robbery as he talked with fans in the parking lot. The alleged assailants later led police on a high-speed chase before being apprehended.
According to the Charlotte Observer, the charges were dismissed because none of the witnesses would identify the shooter.
