The hugely popular Celebrate St. Louis Concert Series continues with a hometown headliner. Grammy Award-winning rap superstar Nelly will take the stage at Soldiers Memorial this weekend.

Nelly is the second highest selling hip hop artist of all time. And since the release of his groundbreaking debut album Country Grammar in 2000, he has received three Grammys and three American Music Awards, with four number one albums and five number one singles.

The St. Louis native will return to his roots on Saturday, July 21 at Soldiers Memorial at 8 p.m. – singing some of the hip-hop classics that made him a household name.

Brown Bottle Fever (6 p.m.) and Matt Hill and the Deep Fryed Two (6:45 p.m.) will provide opening entertainment for the evening’s festivities.
