From Always Black: “The chief of police is pissed off at the fact that the last police chase was started out with fake temp tags being spotted in the window of a truck. When is enough going to be enough? These police are chasing not thinking of the innocent lives out there. This preacher was killed for no reason. The only way the chief could justify what happened was issue a warning to anyone in the city driving with fake temps tags that their car will be towed and they will be arrested. They are targeting the black neighborhoods looking for the cars that are not registered and they are towing them. There still will be police chases and innocent lives lost.”
