Thanks to twitter – which I’m not necessarily on – everything I wanted to chop it up with y’all about from the weekend i.e. The EBT Awards is already played out. So I’ll leave it alone except for to say Chris Brown’s public display of raw emotion was a great big publicity stunt. Oh yeah, and that thanks to Prince paying homage to the wardrobe stylings of the late great Blanche Deveraux by way of his ensemble, I now have a vision for my Salute to Excellence in Education gown.
And since I eyeball hustle with a passion by logging on @StLouisAmerican , I’ll give you one warning to watch your mouths . That’s right, I heard …I mean, saw your little slick comments. This goes for one person in particular….I won’t stoop to the level of saying who that heffa is…but ask @mochalatte09 (it’s not her, but one of her tweeps) who I’m talkin about.
Please know that she’ll be dealt with face to face! Because I’m a grown woman, I don’t resort to expressing my issues or beef with OTHER ADULTS THAT I SEE ON A REGULAR BASIS via social networking sites.
However, I would be remissed if I didn’t recycle my muse and musical (and twitter) genius John Legend and his response to folks goin in on his jagged edges and apply it to the shade that was thrown my way on somebody’s timeline.
“And to the haters, I’m still smarter, more talented, more successful and better looking than u. So fall back… Get a life!”
