No matter how hard I try, I can’t talk about this event without people thinkin’ I’m saying something x-rated (or at least NC-17). But regardless of y’all’s mind’s being in the gutter whenever I bring up Bootology (perhaps it’s the spelling), please know that this is going to be a party for the record books! The 13 Black Katz are encouraging the ladies to bring their best boot game…okay, now I see what y’all are talking about. But anyway, I can’t wait to see the different types of boots – from ankle to thigh-highs – that will be in the building at the Grand Renaissance next Friday! I already know I’m gonna be inspired to hit up the Aldo, because the ladies really do come correct with respect to the theme of the Black Katz parties.
Now I must say this. To the few dusty girls that I’m sure will try to be in the mix, sandals that lace up to your knee do not count as boots…don’t make a fool of yourself.
The party starts at 8 p.m. and Majic’s Tammie Holland will be serving it up as the hostess with the mostess!
