My boy Lee “JoJo” Johnson, the former pro baseball player from Beaumont, has a talent showcase at 9 p.m. Tuesdays at the Royal Palace. It’s a real good time. Comedian Lil Rock won this past Tuesday. Oh, there’s also a “Baddest Chick” contest. Props to Phat Cat for taking home the prize this past Tuesday. I ain’t saying she’s a stripper, but she ain’t having no trouble flapping her tailfeather.
