It must have been good to be a man last Friday night at Plush during Models and Bottles II. And plenty of brothers were in the house. Many of them got their eyeball on before models strutted their stuff because us non-model sisters represent at fashion shows.
I saw one tall, light and handsome brother pull about five women in a 15 minutes. He was definitely a big kid in a gourmet candy store. He must’ve needed an ambulance when the fashion show started and he laid eyes on the runway beauties because these were as cute as the swimsuits they modeled. Sisters ranged from vanilla to chocolate and short and thick to tall and slim, and all of them knew how to strut their stuff. Props to Maurice Young for the providing his Xquisite Models. Same for promoter/producer Keenan Harris and coordinator Jamila Wilkes. Got to give it up to Sherrell Hall and Bronica “Pebbles” Richardson. Not only did they design some super sexy and stylish swimsuits they modeled a couple themselves. Gabrielle Davis and Keisha Bennett of Peses rolled out some tight pieces of their own.
