According to Philly Mag, Dock Street Brewery is creating an ale tribute Wu-Tang Clan. The Philadelphia brewery’s newest beer, “Ain’t Nothing to Funk With,” is aged while music from the Hip Hop group is played from Spotify.
“It started as a joke,” head brewer Vince Desrosiers tells the publication, “and then we wondered if the bass would cause enough vibration to move the yeast around and create some different flavors during fermentation.”
The golden beer will reportedly have a “spicy pineapple and orange-tart flavor,” and is slated to be available later in the year.
