The first St. Louis baby of 2012 arrived at 12:02 a.m. at SSM St. Mary’s Health Center. Hailey Elizabeth Yancy weighed in at 6 pounds and 10 ounces. Her proud parents are Mario Yancy and Dina Hill of Venice, Illinois. The mom says the baby and family members are all healthy and happy.Â
