A young Baltimore boy celebrated on May 1 after Marilyn Mosby, state’s attorney for the city, announced she was filing criminal charges against the six Baltimore police officers who arrested Freddie Gray. The 25-year-old man died after his spine was nearly severed during transport in a police van.
