Mason, International Vice-President, was the keynote speaker and the theme was “Changing Lives Through Service.” Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc is an international organization of leaders founded at Howard University in Washington, D.C. on January 9, 1914 by three African-American male students. The fraternity’s motto is “Culture For Service and Service For Humanity.” -
