Police Chief Sam Dotson stayed late last Thursday after a public safety committee meeting held at the Board of Aldermen to speak to members of the public who had not been allowed to speak by the committee chair. Comments Dotson made to Johnnie Hatcher, Jeraline Hopkins and Jean Grant were picked up by KMOX and got Dotson in trouble temporarily with the St. Louis Police Officers Association.
