Responsibilities will include assessing needs and developing strategies

Requirements:

Minimum ten years professional experience including experience with

organizational change management and diversity issues. General knowledge

of HR disciplines. Demonstrated success in managing people and

projects plus communication skills and confidence to partner with senior

levels of management. Strategic, innovative executive with the ability to

develop relationships at all levels of the organization. Prefer an advanced

degree in business or a related field.
