Not-For-Profit Neighborhood Organization seeks
energetic, knowledgeable leader with the ability
to be an effective liaison with related agencies;
assure meaningful use of resources, and resolve
community concerns. Background in housing
development, property management, rehabilitation,
and grant writing required. Develop/implement/
monitor strategic plan for agency, work
with Board of Directors to implement policy,
planning and development; manage personnel,
and the day-to-day operations of the agency.
Ability to effectively convey information and
ideas in a variety of settings including public
speaking, presentations, and one-on-one.
Experience in leadership capacity in community
development, ability to raise funds and handle
fiscal matters. The Executive Director reports
directly to the Board of directors. Salary
commensurate with experience.
